Lambent District Update 1.0.1 Minor Changes
After the release of the project, I've encountered a couple of bugs and went on fixing it. Whilst fixing issues, there are some things that have changed in this minor update.
GAMEPLAY ADJUSTMENTS AND FIXES
- Movement for the player has been adjusted accordingly and the dash range has been increased slightly for a better experience.
- Fixed players getting stuck through walls when pressing certain buttons.
- High Tier Ghost on District E has been nerfed. Adjusted the speed of separate bullet attacks accordingly, while its pinpoint attack has its usual speed unchanged, the spread out attack has its speed decreased slightly. Also removed the homing properties of both attacks.
- Levels are now locked and are required to beat the previous levels in order to access the next levels.
- Dashing Ghost's design has been fixed, when dashing to the left side of the screen instead of flipping it now flips it towards the left
- Fixed a couple of dialogue errors and typos
UI REDESIGN
- Redesigned the old UI to fit the theme perfectly
WHAT'S NEW?
- New Feature: Set custom keybinds. Accessible through the menu screen by pressing the "Gear Icon" button. Once accessed you can change the controls to however comforts you.
- New Levels: Added 3 new districts G - I. with a new map layout and a couple of enemy reworks.
- New Feature: Players are now able to skip the Dialogues in some levels by pressing "Enter"
